Section 32: Words Referring To Acts Include Illegal Omissions

32: Words Referring To Acts Include Illegal Omissions::--In every part of this Code, except where a contrary intention appears from the context, words which refer to acts done extend also to illegal omissions.

COMMENTS

‘Act’ means something voluntarily done by a person, which includes writing and speaking or any external manifestation. It includes intentional doing or intentional non-doing. It means something voluntarily done by a person. `Omission’ means the neglect to perform what the law requires.
